Rally award giving ceremony

Dear guests,

During the official gala night of Lithuanian rally, rally sprint and mini rally 2017 season we are going to award the athletes for season achievements as well as we are going to express our gratitude for individuals, organizers and national companies for their input in rally championship.

The date of the event: 11-11-2017, Saturday

The location of the event (official part): hotel “Europa Royale“, Vilnius ave. 7, Druskininkai.

Dress code – informal (dark suit and festive dress).

All guests must register for the event.

Registration is happening until the 5th of November, by filling in an online registration form that is here  (https://goo.gl/forms/25OeCgTDgLpFxD092).

We are genuinely informing you, that registration for this gala night will be stopped as soon as the maximum amount of guests will be reached. The priority is counted for our individually invited guests along with rally, rally-sprint and mini-rally participants. We are sincerely reminding you that only guests with registration and dressed respecting the dress code will be admitted to rally gala night.

Free passes (still with the registration) are dedicated to:

  • Lithuanian automobile rally championship team  – 4 units + 1 invitation for team representative;
  • Lithuanian automobile rally sprint championship team – 2 units +1 invitation for team representative;
  • Lithuanian automobile mini rally championship team – 2 units +1 invitation for team representative;
  • For organizer – 2 units.

Other participants must pay for their pass 25 euro per person. Payments must be done over bank transfer, indicating for which guests the payment is done. We are genuinely asking to make a payment until the 05-11-2017. Payments go to:

The programme of the rally gala night:

  • From 14.00 h: Guests registration and checking into chosen hotels;
  • 18.00 h. Official part of the gala: hotel “Europa Royale“, located Vilnius ave.7, Druskininkai;
  • 22.00- 23.30 free time;
  • 23.30 band “RONDO” concert and the second part of the gala night at nightclub “Aqua”, located Vilnius ave. 13, Druskininkai.

„DHL Rally Elektrenai 2017“

Once again “DHL Rally Elektrėnai 2017” will have an honor to be a part of the regional championship initiated by FIA. In this series points are collected during five different rallies among Estonia, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Winners of four wheel drive and front-wheel drive classifications will have an opportunity to participate in final event happening in central Europe. During this final competition the winners of various regions are going to compete to find out the winner of European trophy.

5th event of FIA Baltic Rally Trophy:

  •   FIA European Rally Trophy for Drivers and Co-Drivers;
  •   FIA ERT 2 Trophy (ERT2) for Drivers and Co-Drivers;
  •   FIA ERT 3 Trophy (ERT3) for Drivers and Co-Drivers;
  •   FIA ERT Junior Trophy (ERTJ) for Drivers.

5th Event of Lithuanian Automobile Rally Championship

It is going to be one before the last event attracting the full list of the best and fastest rally drivers from Lithuania and neighbour countries. As it is full of adrenaline championship this year, no doubt that it is going to be fear and interesting fight among participants willing to gain championship points.

Competitors may enter the event using the on-line entry system which can be accessed via www.autorally.lt . Alternatively, a Competitor may send fully completed entry form over the email to: info@rallyelektrenai.lt. Entry form must reach the Organiser until 25 August 2017 (Friday) at 18:00. Entries are only accepted if accompanied by the total amount of entry fee.
